Sales Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator to provide essential support to our clients sales and customer care teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in processing orders, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth operations within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
  • Correspondence Management: Manage email correspondence by replying to queries in a timely and helpful manner, maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
  • Administrative Support: Provide reception cover, greeting visitors, and handling incoming calls with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Sales and Customer Records: Maintain and update sales and customer records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients and address any concerns, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a sales administration role or similar, with a strong understanding of sales and customer care principles.
  • Technical Skills: Strong typing and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Customer service orientation, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service and support.
