Exciting Opportunity for a Sales Administrator

Fintellect Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join their team in Wakefield. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales team by processing new business proposals, communicating with suppliers and customers, and ensuring timely completion of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new business proposals and communicate with suppliers and customers as needed.
  • Obtain required information from proposal sources and request additional supporting information when necessary.
  • Complete and check all documentation to be sent to customers and verify their accuracy upon return.
  • Generate and process all documentation in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a sales administrator or sales support role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
