Position Overview

We are in search of a proactive Business Insights Analyst to enhance our team. In this capacity, you will be tasked with delivering strategic financial and commercial analysis to bolster the organization's objectives. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing business performance through data examination, formulating distribution tactics, and facilitating commercial strategy.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing distribution strategies through financial analysis and target establishment
  • Formulate commission structures and business objectives across diverse channels
  • Oversee commission actuals and forecasting to aid in commercial strategy
  • Deliver consistent reporting and insights to inform decision-making and optimize ROI
  • Evaluate SG&A expenditures to extract ROI insights and support budgetary choices

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial setting
  • Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Exceptional analytical and communication abilities
