Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage rent accounts and implement Sanctuary's rent recovery policies effectively, utilizing enforcement actions when necessary.
  • Deliver a high-quality housing management service to Sanctuary's residents, ensuring tenancy conditions are upheld.
  • Contribute to the daily operations of our income services team, providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Promote Sanctuary's services and initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and engagement.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in administration related to customer service and complaint resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of income recovery and maximization strategies, including experience with possession proceedings and court presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
