We are seeking a skilled Legal Technology Support Analyst to join our client's team on a permanent basis.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line support for legal technology products, including iManage, HighQ, and other related systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve support queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Log and track requests and problems, escalating complex issues to the Knowledge Engineer as needed.
  • Monitor open issues and chase up on progress to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to the development of team knowledge bank documentation and share knowledge with the team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest ideas for enhancing current procedures.
  • Provide reporting and maintenance support for the legal technology products.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
  • Law firm experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with legal technology products, including iManage and HighQ.
