Job Title: Clinical Lead Psychiatrist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Psychiatrist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric care to our patients and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working effectively with patients and colleagues to ensure the best care and treatment outcomes
  • Driving multidisciplinary care and contributing to service development and governance processes
  • Building positive relationships with external stakeholders, including NHS England case managers
  • Undertaking psychiatric assessments and providing oral and written evidence at tribunal hearings
  • Ensuring up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in psychiatry

Requirements:

  • Full GMC registration and Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists
  • Section 12 approval and Approved Clinician status
  • Good standing with the Royal College of Psychiatrists and up-to-date with appraisals
