Threadroll Setter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Threadroll Setter to join our team at Owen Daniels Consultancy. As a Threadroll Setter, you will be responsible for setting and operating threadroll or filletroll machines to manufacture high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set and operate threadroll or filletroll machines to produce high-precision components.
  • Perform in-process deburring and self-inspection to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to the highest housekeeping standards.
  • Ensure all quality procedures are followed and adhered to.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience setting and operating thread rolling or fillet rolling machines (manual or CNC).
  • Confident machining high-precision components for highly regulated industries such as aerospace, oil & gas, automotive, nuclear, rail, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
