Threadroll Setter

We are seeking a skilled Threadroll Setter to join our team at Owen Daniels. As a Threadroll Setter, you will be responsible for setting and operating threadroll or filletroll machines to manufacture high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:- Set and operate threadroll or filletroll machines to produce precision components.
- Perform in-process deburring and self-inspection to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to the highest housekeeping standards.
- Ensure all quality procedures are followed and adhered to.
- Previous experience setting and operating thread rolling or fillet rolling machines (manual or CNC).
- Confident machining high-precision components for highly regulated industries such as aerospace, oil & gas, automotive, nuclear, and rail.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
