About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Planning, Senior Executive to join our Marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing commercial analysis and insight to support the development of marketing campaigns and menus.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mind, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights. You will work closely with the Marketing Managers and Brand Execs to define parameters, SMART targets, and KPIs for campaign/project proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide marketing analysis, insights, and support to the business.
  2. Use all available data and analytics to tell a story and provide actionable marketing insights.
  3. Harmonise and manipulate internal data sources to ensure excellent data quality.
  4. Build testing methodologies to analyse and optimise marketing spend across all channels.
  5. Work with Marketing Managers and Brand Execs to define campaign/project parameters and KPIs.
  6. Provide timely and insightful analysis of promotions and discount activity.
  7. Work with each brand marketing team to understand their strategy and priorities.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000, plus a £5,000 car allowance and 10% performance bonus.
