While prior experience in the insurance sector is not mandatory, you should possess a background in office-based customer service or client interaction, whether in person or over the phone. We value individuals who are dedicated to exceeding expectations, fostering trust, and maintaining client loyalty. Key attributes include:
- A strong sense of enthusiasm and motivation, bringing your best self to work each day and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.

- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, maintaining a positive attitude and resilience in adapting to changes.
- A commitment to honesty and integrity, essential in a regulated financial environment and fundamental to our organizational values.
In return, you will be embraced by our Ardonagh family, joining an organization that prioritizes your well-being. Additional benefits include:
- A generous holiday allowance of 26 days plus bank holidays.
- Opportunities for career advancement across the Ardonagh family.
- Support for obtaining CII or ACII qualifications to enhance your expertise and career prospects.
- A pension scheme to prepare for your future.
- Access to 24-hour support for both physical and mental well-being.
- One paid volunteering day to contribute to our communities.
- Recognition through the Spotlight Awards, celebrating exceptional talent within our group.
We offer genuine potential for both personal and professional growth. Be part of our journey and help us shape the future.
