Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange air exports for key accounts and ad-hoc customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Negotiate directly with air freight carriers to achieve best pricing and optimize logistics operations.
  • Coordinate customs clearances and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Raise HAWBS & MAWBS, quote jobs, and offer pricing solutions to customers.
  • Liaise with customers, overseas agents, and airlines to ensure seamless air freight export operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in freight forwarding and air export operations.
  • Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to negotiate with air freight carriers and optimize logistics operations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
