We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at FBR Construction Recruitment. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative aspects of construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and a proven track record of managing budgets, quotations, and orders. You will be responsible for preparing documentation for main contractors and subcontractors, as well as estimating costs and material/labor quantities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Project Budgeting and Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, including estimating costs, material/labor quantities, and pricing.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and submit documentation to main contractors and subcontractors, including quotations, orders, and budget reports.
  • Commercial Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate commercial risks associated with construction projects.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial team to ensure project compliance and provide budget reports and cost analysis.
  • Site Visits and Communication: Attend site visits and communicate with project stakeholders to ensure project progress and budget adherence.

**Requirements:**

  • Professional Qualifications: Degree or equivalent experience in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and strong numerical abilities.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
