Digital and Social Media Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital and Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and manage a small team. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar B2B organisation or agency, strong digital marketing skills, and excellent copywriting experience. They will also have previous team management experience and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have native-level English skills and the right to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across the business
* Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including email marketing, social media, event marketing, and website management
* Lead a small team and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of digital marketing projects
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement a content marketing strategy
* Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns

Requirements

* Experience in a similar B2B organisation or agency
* Strong digital marketing skills
* Excellent copywriting experience
* Previous team management experience
* Project management experience
* Native-level English skills and the right to work in the UK
