Role Overview:
- Location: Morden
- Salary: £29,386.99 per annum
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary role will be to assist the Regional Customer Hub in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.
This includes onboarding new clients and serving as the initial point of contact via phone and email, addressing general inquiries, resolving issues, and conducting account reviews as necessary.
Our goal is to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for all customers, keeping them informed, engaged, and fostering proactive relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administration, with a proven ability to maintain positive customer interactions while managing expectations
- Promptly resolving customer issues while actively promoting loyalty through account assessments and retention of existing clients
- A collaborative team player, adaptable and willing to support colleagues as needed
