We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team at our Volkswagen & Commercial Dealership based in Bridgwater. This role will see you use your sales management experience to lead the team in delivering good outcomes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of Sales Executives and a Transaction Manager to achieve weekly sales targets on vehicles, finance, and insurance products.
- Liaise with customers to promote vehicles and services on offer in the dealership and online.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction index scores.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Previous experience as a sales manager within the automotive industry with main dealership experience.
- Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve both quality and quantity goals.
- A calm and professional manner.
