Wilson Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join their team in the mechanical services, heating, plumbing, and air movement industries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operate with efficiency and accuracy, even under pressure, to meet sales targets and optimize branch sales and gross profit.
  • Maintain and develop the company's culture, customer satisfaction, trade counter, and delivery service.
  • Deliver excellent sales support, both in person and over the phone, to customers.
  • Serve customers face-to-face at the trade counter, providing knowledgeable and friendly service.
  • Assemble customer orders and perform other warehouse duties as needed.
  • Handle general office tasks, including filing and scanning.
  • Take on additional duties as requested.
  • Manage account ownership and update CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively within and across departments as part of a team.
  • Strong personal organization skills and innovative mindset.
  • Self-initiative and drive to excel, with a commitment to being the best at what you do.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to provide solutions.

Essential:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience and knowledge of materials for mechanical services, plumbing, heating, and air movement.
