About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Elior UK. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising catering teams on site, recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and manage a team of catering professionals to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
  • Control and manage a budget to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Ensure ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client liaison to enable operational excellence.
  • Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Genuine interest in customer service excellence and a focus on the front line.
  • Proven team leader experience with a track record of success.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised.
  • Previous experience within catering is desirable.
