Position: Lead Systems Architect

  • Provide expert technical guidance throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the product, associated risks, challenges, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Oversee a team, delivering daily management and support.
  • Facilitate and enhance collaboration among team members, cross-functional internal experts, and external stakeholders.
  • Promote the adoption of effective Systems Engineering methodologies and relevant industry standards.
  • Guarantee that all products meet qualification, certification, and safety assurance standards.
  • Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Systems Engineering.
  • A degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in coordinating activities across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Engineering Principles and the Engineering Product Lifecycle.
