Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Service Operations Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all service delivery initiatives within designated accounts.

• Formulating and executing tailored action plans to ensure high-quality service delivery in accordance with contractual obligations, along with a KPI dashboard to monitor and assess the performance of the service delivery team.

• Nurturing stakeholder relationships within the account and the governance framework associated with the partnership.

• Identifying and engaging necessary IHS capabilities promptly.

• Leading, mentoring, and developing local operations staff on-site.

• Recognizing and escalating potential service challenges to implement timely preventive measures.

• Spotting cross-business sales opportunities and keeping the commercial business development team informed about performance and upselling prospects.

Essential Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Several years of experience in a healthcare setting.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with knowledge of a regional language.

• Experience interacting with hospital executives and stakeholders in the healthcare value chain and operations management.

• Proven experience in team leadership and management.

• Strong customer orientation and exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally within the EMEA region (10-25%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to develop group plans and achieve results.

• Proficient project management and operations management skills.

• Knowledge and experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
