Position Overview: We are seeking a committed and skilled Field Care Supervisor to assist the management team in the daily operations of a premier private care service catering to clients with diverse care requirements.

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £28,000 annually, depending on experience.

  • Support the recruitment and training processes for Care Professionals and administrative staff.

  • Conduct assessments, spot checks, shadow shifts, and care plan reviews as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in care provision with a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and legislative requirements related to Care Standards regulations.
  • Demonstrated skills or experience in care assessment and planning.
  • Previous supervisory experience in care teams or a desire to advance to a more senior position.
