  • Conducting thorough assessments of new clients' individual needs and performing detailed risk evaluations.
  • Delivering hands-on training to new Care Assistants directly within clients' homes, ensuring they possess the necessary skills for success.
  • Providing coverage for care visits as needed, ensuring consistent and high-quality care for your clients.
  • Participating in the on-call rota to support the team.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, with Level 3 preferred, demonstrating your proficiency in the sector.
  • A minimum of one year of supervisory experience in domiciliary care, showcasing your leadership capabilities.
  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to adapt to the dynamic demands of the role.
