Role Responsibilities: As a Field Care Supervisor, you will oversee a dedicated team of care assistants in the community, making a significant impact on the lives of vulnerable adults in their own residences.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of new clients' individual needs and performing detailed risk evaluations.
- Delivering hands-on training to new Care Assistants directly within clients' homes, ensuring they possess the necessary skills for success.
- Providing coverage for care visits as needed, ensuring consistent and high-quality care for your clients.
- Participating in the on-call rota to support the team.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, with Level 3 preferred, demonstrating your proficiency in the sector.
- A minimum of one year of supervisory experience in domiciliary care, showcasing your leadership capabilities.
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to adapt to the dynamic demands of the role.
Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from £25,000 to £26,000, along with a contributory pension plan, a discretionary bonus scheme, and extensive training opportunities to support your professional growth.
