Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Assistant to join our team at St David\u2019s. As a Domestic Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our residents\u2019 rooms, as well as assisting with other domestic duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain all allocated rooms, including furniture, fittings, and equipment
  • Ensure bathrooms and toilets are clean and free from germs and infestation
  • Maintain a clean and odour-free environment
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and COSHH procedures
  • Dispose of waste and recyclables correctly
  • Adhere to care standards and regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect residents\u2019 privacy

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or industry (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform domestic duties
