About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital IC Technical Lead to join our dynamic team at IC Resources. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the development of custom IC to deliver high-quality digital work packages from RTL design, supporting relevant verification strategy and plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Mentor a Team of Digital IC Engineers

Lead and mentor a team of digital IC engineers in the design and verification of complex integrated circuits, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure successful execution of IC design projects, driving the development and execution of test plans to validate digital IC designs.

Develop and Implement Design Methodologies

Develop and implement design methodologies to improve efficiency and quality of digital IC designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Oversee RTL Design and Verification Activities

Oversee RTL design, synthesis, and verification activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices, and driving the development and execution of test plans to validate digital IC designs.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in the digital IC design process from concept to completion, with a focus on RTL design and verification.

Leadership and Communication Skills

Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.

Technical Skills

Proficient in industry-standard EDA tools and methodologies for digital IC design and verification, and possesses a deep understanding of digital design principles, synthesis, and timing analysis.
