About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Surveyor to join our team at Boden Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of building surveying services, primarily focused on acquisition surveys and dilapidations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality building surveying services to our clients, including acquisition surveys and dilapidations.
  • Work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial refurbishments, industrial, retail, and residential developments.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Proven track record in Building Surveying with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Industrial experience would be beneficial.
  • Strong business development and client management skills are essential.
