Overview:

  • The Transportation Division at AtkinsRéalis manages multidisciplinary design and project oversight, providing assistance from conception to completion. Join one of the UK's leading consultancies engaged in high-profile initiatives for both Public and Private Sector clients.
  • We are seeking a committed supervisor to enhance our team, contributing to the ongoing development of an Alliance Partnership. Collaborate with a diverse group of professionals on highway enhancement and maintenance projects.
  • Utilize your supervisory expertise and strong communication abilities to assist project managers and engineers in achieving successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project deliverables to ensure compliance with standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Assist project managers in guaranteeing successful project execution, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Effectively coordinate resources to uphold AtkinsRéalis' standards while addressing client requirements.
  • Document project activities and maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Educational Background -

  • Degree in civil engineering or equivalent, or relevant project management experience.

Essential Skills -

  • Demonstrated experience in the field.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a proactive manner.

Preferred Skills -

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project.
  • Competence in reporting financial and progress metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
  • Effective networking skills with excellent negotiation abilities.
