Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to support our business as an HR Advisor. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to provide guidance on various people-related matters, conduct evaluations, and ensure effective onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice and coaching on employee relations and people matters
  • Assist with performance reviews and development planning
  • Support talent acquisition and assessment processes
  • Coordinate employee recognition and reward programs
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to inform business decisions
  • Collate HR data and provide insights to inform business strategy
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports to support business planning
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a CIPD Level 3 certificate and experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to work with HR systems are essential.
