This role is pivotal in supporting the acceleration of a new digital platform capability, transforming and modernizing our digital estate to create a market-leading digital offering centered on customer experience. This position requires collaboration with business-aligned engineering and product teams to ensure a cohesive team culture is integral to our operations.

Key skills relevant for success in this role include substantial experience in full-stack development technologies such as Java, React, API & microservices, knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering principles, and project exposure to Policy Management (XACML, Open Policy Agent, OPA Gateway, OPA debugging and testing) along with the implementation of Role-Based Access Control and Policy-Based Access Control. Additional relevant skills encompass cloud computing (AWS, Azure), experience in DevSecOps, familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools, containerization, and knowledge of authentication practices.
