Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our client's team of facilities management professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, service, and troubleshoot air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRV/VRF systems, and chillers.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of HVAC equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in air conditioning units.
  • Conduct inspections and assessments of HVAC systems to identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and contractors to coordinate complex repairs and system upgrades.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or similar role within the facilities management industry.
  • F-Gas Cat 1 Regulations certification.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
  • Familiarity with refrigeration principles and equipment.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
Package
  • Competitive salary between £42,000 - £45,000 per annum.
  • Van and fuel card supplied.
  • Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week).
  • Participation in an 'out of hours' on-call rota (to be confirmed).
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
