Quality Assurance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at b3 jobs Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the technical and quality integrity of all processes and products produced, ensuring compliance to our Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure compliance to our on-site QMS to maintain BRC / GFSI accreditation.
  2. Lead, motivate and develop the quality team.
  3. Provide technical input and communicate the investigation and resolution of product non-conformities.
  4. Manage and monitor customer complaints and investigations to comply with quality performance targets.
  5. Manage site environmental policies.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous food manufacturing quality assurance experience and proven experience in the maintenance and development of BRC.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to GBP42,000, a good pension, life cover, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and guaranteed Christmas and New Year off.

Working Hours

The working hours are Monday to Friday, office hours.
