Quality Assurance Manager Job Description

At B3 Jobs Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Wiltshire. As a key member of our food manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical and quality integrity of all processes and products produced.

About the Role

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance to the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain BRC / GFSI accreditation.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the quality team.
  • Providing technical input and communicating the investigation and resolution of product non-conformities.
  • Managing and monitoring customer complaints and investigations to comply with quality performance targets.
  • Managing site environmental policies.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous food manufacturing quality assurance experience.
  • Proven experience in the maintenance and development of BRC.
  • Experience of BRC site accreditation audits and customer visits / audits.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £42,000, a good pension, life cover, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, and guaranteed Christmas and New Year off. The working hours are Monday to Friday, office hours.
