As a Study Programme Tutor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and training to our learners, helping them to achieve their goals and develop the skills they need to succeed in their chosen careers.
About the RoleThe Study Programme Tutor will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing learning sessions to a group of students aged 16-18. You will work closely with the Study Programme Team to develop and implement effective learning plans, ensuring that our learners receive the best possible education and training.
As a Study Programme Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our learners, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their chosen careers. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working together to deliver high-quality education and training to our learners.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, deliver, and assess learning sessions to a group of students aged 16-18.
- Develop and implement effective learning plans, working closely with the Study Programme Team.
- Conduct regular reviews of student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to support learners.
- Participate in Study Programme promotional events, such as careers conventions, parents' evenings, and job fairs.
- Collaborate with other members of the Study Programme Team to develop and deliver high-quality education and training.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a recognized teaching qualification, such as a CertEd, PGCE, or CTLLS. You will also need to have a minimum level 2 qualification in maths and English, as well as experience of teaching to groups and delivering Employability Skills and Functional Skills qualifications.
You will be a passionate and engaging tutor with excellent communication skills, able to adapt your delivery to meet the needs of our learners. You will be organized, motivated, and self-driven, with a commitment to delivering high-quality education and training.
