We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager who is passionate about improving the quality of life for those we support. This role is crucial in leading our residential service in Edlington, where we can accommodate up to 15 individuals in a nurturing and supportive environment.
The Registered Manager will collaborate with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to empower individuals towards greater independence and positive life outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, developing personalized support plans, conducting assessments of care needs, recruiting and training new staff, managing supervisions and appraisals, ensuring medication competencies and audits are performed, participating in multi-disciplinary meetings, and completing regular audits and reports. You will also manage the service's financial performance and ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations.
We are looking for a compassionate and dynamic leader who is committed to delivering exceptional care. Participation in the on-call rota is required, which may be adjusted based on service needs.
This position is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others, whether by fostering confidence in colleagues or helping individuals achieve their personal goals.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess prior experience as a CQC registered manager or in a similar care management position, be prepared to undertake CQC registration, hold a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care, and have experience managing a large team while supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviors.
