Job Description

Job Title: Wholesale Fashion Merchandiser

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Fashion Merchandiser to join our Merchandising team at Lyle & Scott. As a Wholesale Fashion Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of sales and margin targets across all wholesale channels through detailed planning, trading, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the seasonal strategy and range planning process to ensure KPIs are achievable and measurable.
  • Drive the end-to-end selling process through detailed analysis, range assortment, and buy proposals.
  • Actively maximize sales opportunities through timely analysis of the order book versus target and last year, highlighting areas of risk and turning missed opportunities into additional orders.
  • Review key account selections with the account manager to support accurate forecasting and buying of stock prior to orders being updated on the system.
  • Drive the buying critical path to ensure all wholesale orders are reviewed and on the system in line with the buy submission dates.
  • Review sales orders versus purchase orders at the earliest possible date, highlighting risk and proposing solutions.
