Our client, Aldrich & Company Limited, is a dynamic FinTech firm with ambitious goals. They are seeking a Marketing Strategist to collaborate with the Client Team to elevate brand presence and foster business expansion.

This position offers a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing brand visibility among target sponsors and industry influencers
  • Assisting the Client team in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives aligned with the overall strategy
  • Monitoring performance metrics of the newly launched website and implementing improvements
  • Formulating and executing social media strategies, particularly on LinkedIn
  • Providing logistical support for events such as roundtables, including coordination and follow-up
  • Supporting the CEO in media communications and developing a public relations strategy
  • Creating and managing marketing campaigns
  • Analyzing marketing data to evaluate the success of various initiatives
  • Ensuring consistent company messaging across all platforms, including the website and LinkedIn
  • Maintaining accurate client and prospect information within CRM systems
  • Collaborating closely with Business Development, Relationship Management, Design, and Leadership Teams

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing within Financial Services or FinTech
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Experience in crafting content for marketing campaigns
  • Ability to leverage analytics for data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Word, with a keen eye for design
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent time management capabilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
  • High energy and a growth-oriented mindset
