As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to the highest standards, while also providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will work closely with our chefs and other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, and ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Key responsibilities include planning, delivering, and presenting food and beverages to meet the Emirates Lounge specification, interacting with customers to gauge their needs and make recommendations, and maintaining high standards of personal and food hygiene.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, able to work independently within a team environment, and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, deliver, and present food and beverages to meet the Emirates Lounge specification
- Interact with customers to gauge their needs and make recommendations
- Maintain high standards of personal and food hygiene
- Ensure that all stock is checked in and stored away correctly
- Assist the chef with the presentation of all food and beverages
- Monitor and maintain buffet and stock levels of all food and beverage items
- Control and monitor hygiene standards as per HACCAP
- Ensure that the kitchen is cleaned down and ready for the following shift
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, able to work independently within a team environment, and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Essential skills include kitchen experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work on own initiative.
Desirable skills include lounge experience.
