About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at PIE Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the UK fleet market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contacting prospects and preparing proposals for agreements
  • Leading negotiations with prospects and delivering strategic sales plans
  • Ensuring an agreed targeted prospect list is established and maintained
  • Delivering timely onboarding process for all new clients
Requirements
  • Proven business development and networking skills
  • Demonstrated experience of exceeding individual or targets/KPIs
  • Previous experience in a sales or account management role
  • Demonstrated ability to present confidently and professionally in a variety of settings
  • Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening and probing skills
  • Ability to understand customer's needs and consistently adapt products/services offering to attract and/or retain new/existing customers
