Job Type:PAYE
Overview of Role:The primary responsibility of this role is to provide maintenance and repair services for renewable energy installations. This includes diagnosing and rectifying faults, providing technical support and advice, and ensuring all work is completed in line with safety standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair faults within renewable energy central heating and hot water systems across the region.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers and colleagues.
- Ensure high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards.
- Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manually.
- Comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures so relevant parts are available to fulfill job requirements.
This role requires a friendly and professional attitude, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their tenants. Experience in renewable energy heating and hot water systems is essential, as is the ability to problem-solve and make decisions. Gas qualifications are desirable.
