We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic administrative team within the Adult MSK Physiotherapy Service. This role involves handling a variety of tasks, including telephone and face-to-face inquiries, as well as a range of administrative and clerical duties.
The department is fast-paced and demanding, requiring individuals who are dedicated, courteous, and possess excellent customer service skills. You will be interacting with patients and colleagues regularly, ensuring clear and effective communication both verbally and in writing.
