We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Butler Rose. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, preparing year-end accounts, VAT returns, corporation tax, and audit preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of varied accounts clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of financial reports.
- Prepare year-end accounts, VAT returns, and corporation tax, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients directly to answer financial queries and review accounts, providing clear and concise explanations of financial data.
Requirements:
- Part ACCA / ACA qualified or equivalent, with a minimum of 3+ years' experience working within a UK accountancy practice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and colleagues.
- Experience preparing client accounts, VAT, and corporation tax, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
