About the Role

Vision for Education is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team in a local secondary school in Blackburn. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising pupils across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), providing flexible support to cover short-term staff absence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons to students in a secondary school setting
  • Supervise pupils across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
  • Provide flexible support to cover short-term staff absence
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure a smooth learning environment
Requirements
  • Experience working with children in an educational capacity
  • Hold a degree qualification
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • Confident communicator, able to use your own initiative when required
