**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at Pertemps Basingstoke. As a key member of our distribution centre, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse workers and supporting the first line manager in implementing the daily staffing plan.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of warehouse workers to achieve productivity rates and ensure a smooth operation of the warehouse
* Support the first line manager in implementing the daily staffing plan and training colleagues as needed
* Brief the team daily and create targets to drive performance
* Assist with warehouse duties and lead by example
* Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in leading a team in a warehouse environment
* Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
