Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, identifying business opportunities, and working closely with our wider sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow our business with research institutes through management of 3rd party sales channels and supporting distributor inquiries, providing technical support and quotations.
  • Network and identify additional sales channels and distribution customers, connecting with customers through various channels.
  • Develop and execute sales promotion strategies, including creating and supporting webinars, virtual conferences, and preparing presentations and content for various channels.
  • Receive and interpret customer feedback, conducting competitive analysis to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages desirable.
  • Full driver's license and valid passport for overseas travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant professional experience.
  • Practical experience in the field of scientific equipment or other technical equipment.
