Hourly Rate: £15ph

Payment: Weekly Pay - PAYE

Ritz Recruitment is seeking a skilled temporary property maintenance specialist to support daily reactive repairs and upkeep at a prestigious student accommodation facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing reactive maintenance tasks to high quality standards.
  • Basic plumbing, joinery, and carpentry as required.
  • Conducting painting and decorating tasks, primarily snagging.
  • Assisting with the relocation of furniture and heavy items throughout the premises.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in:

  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance in a residential setting.
  • General building or residential construction.
  • Trades such as plumbing, electrical work, or carpentry.
