Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team at MBF Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our financial planners and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning Administration:
- Provide administrative support to our financial planners, including processing Letters of Authority and managing client policy information.
- Liaise with financial product providers to obtain necessary information.
- Assist in preparing client documentation and reports.
- General Office Administration and Reception Duties:
- Perform general office administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Cover reception duties as needed.
- Handle incoming communications and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within financial services.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
