Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice on commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals of offices and industrial units.
  • Assisting in the preparation and negotiation of commercial property contracts.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in commercial property law and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial property law.
  • Excellent negotiating skills and experience in the acquisition and disposal of offices and industrial units.
  • Thorough understanding of Landlord and Tenant law from both the Landlord and Tenant perspectives.
  • Technical soundness, good interpersonal skills, and ability to build excellent client relationships.
