Store Manager Job Description

As a Store Manager at The Boots Company PLC, you will be responsible for driving the success of your store and inspiring your teams with your passion for great customer care. Your strategic thinking and leadership skills will help the business to grow and change for the better.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales and performance of your store, while keeping our customers at the heart of everything you do.
  • Make the shop floor your own, get to know our teams, sales, and operations.
  • Consider what we can do to change for the better to set Boots apart from other retailers.
  • Use your commercial and retail expertise to drive business growth and implement new ideas.
Requirements:
  • You will need to have retail management and commercial experience, with great customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to act as a brand ambassador for Boots throughout your store and region.
  • A strong understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement in-store to drive strong performance results.
  • Ability to work at pace and react to the changing needs of the customer.
  • A passion for keeping up to date with your own learning and development.
