About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Inspire and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
    • Take ownership of store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Sales and Operations
    • Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
    • Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and stockroom organization.
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales transactions and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Visual Merchandising
    • Develop and implement visually appealing store displays and window displays that align with the Frasers Group brand.
    • Ensure store appearance is maintained to the highest standard, including cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
  • Development and Training
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to achieve business objectives.
