Prior experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker is essential for this role, although prior leadership or supervisory experience is not necessary, as full training and mentoring are provided.
We offer a range of excellent benefits, including hourly rates of pay ranging from £11.67 to £12.00 per hour, depending on qualification level, opportunities to learn and progress, fully funded DBS, comprehensive holiday pay scheme, and access to Blue Light card.
