Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security professional to lead our Cyber Security Operations Team at Eden Scott. As a Cyber Security Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving global security operations, combining technical expertise with strong people management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Be the go-to expert for all cyber security issues, driving incident response, problem management, and advising on best practices.
  • Team Management: Supervise a diverse team, allocate resources strategically, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Service Excellence: Ensure high-quality service delivery, smooth change management, and the continuous enhancement of security operations.
  • Agile Methodology: Lead Agile ceremonies, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Communication: Serve as the communication bridge between stakeholders and your team, ensuring transparency and clarity in all projects.
Requirements
  • Proven Cyber Security Expertise: Hands-on experience in cyber security operations and a strong technical background.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in leading and developing technical teams, ideally in a global setting.
  • Agile Project Management: Experience in delivering initiatives and managing small projects within Agile frameworks.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing solutions, even under pressure.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with SIEM, Endpoint Detection & Response, DLP, and other security tools.
  • Relevant Cyber Security qualifications.
