About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of management accounts, recording financial transactions, reconciling sales taxes, payroll taxes, and bank accounts, monitoring financial transactions and reports, and processing accounts receivable and payable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports
- Record and reconcile financial transactions, including sales taxes, payroll taxes, and bank accounts
- Monitor financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Process accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing and payment processing
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve financial queries and issues
Requirements:
- 3 years of finance experience, preferably in an accounting or finance role
- Experience with accounting software, such as Xero
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
